On-site fitness instructors and personal trainers are available. On-site Gym and Fitness Equipment
Our lovely gym is situated on the left side of our building. We take great satisfaction in keeping our gym hygienic and open to everyone who needs it. Body weights, free weights, dumbbells, adjustable bars, a cable machine, a let pulldown, a chest press machine, a row of treadmills, and a TV/radio for your Favorite music are all included in the gym. There is also a space with yoga mats for stretching.
Programs for Recreation
Addiction Rehab Toronto’s exercise program provides easily accessible ways to move. Every week, we go on walks around the neighbourhood. A person can go outside and interact with others via walking. Walking is also good for people because it improves their mood, lowers stress levels, and lets them connect with nature.
